Kary is also the managing director of Customers First Group Inc., a technology-enabled services outsourcing company. Kary has been in IT and BPO outsourcing since 2000. He was president of Fimex Metal Refiners, a $51M non-ferrous recycler - from 1995 to 2000, and was involved in two acquisitions. President of Satellite Media Co. from 1993 – 1996, he established one of the first satellite TV channels in Asia. Kary started his career with Citibank NA in India. He has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
 
Pharmacy/Formulary, Supervisor of Enrollment/Disenrollment, LIS Reconciliation, P2P adjustments.
Prior to Fox Rx Care he managed the pharmacy end of the Elder Plan MA-PD business for several years where he provided leadership in Medical Management, Customer Service, Appeals and Grievances, Network Provider Oversight, Sales and Finance regarding prescription benefit design, formulary development, prior authorization and DUR interventions. He was also the Chairman of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee, working closely with Regulatory Compliance to ensure successful implementation of Medicare Part D regulations, and recommended sweeping changes of existing formulary, which included addition of Step Therapy and a Specialty Tier. At Pfizer, where Anthony worked prior to Elder Plan, he was extensively involved with contract compliance and related fields to ensure compliance with all provisions of contract, emphasizing formulary access, data submission and performance. He also created and edited The Managed Care Communiqué, an internal monthly informational newsletter providing timely updates on recent developments in managed care. Anthony brings along many years of leadership experience with PBM industry leaders Express Scripts and Medco. He has an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a pharmacy degree from Rutgers. Starting his career as a Pharmacist, Anthony brings to Fox Rx Care the gravitas of having had work experience in every aspect of the drug distribution chain.
 
Supervisor of day to day operations.
Jaydip is part of the core team that sets the direction and strategy for Fox Rx Care. He oversees Fox Rx Care’s operations and is responsible for setting up the next generation IT platform for the Medicare Part D industry. Since August 2006 Jaydip has been the Managing Director of Customers First Group Inc., an IT enabled services outsourcing company. He was primarily responsible for setting up an offshore development center at Calcutta, India through which Princetec Inc, a sister concern of Customers First, served various clients e.g. Starwood Hotels etc. Prior to Customers First Inc., Jaydip worked for Computer Associates Inc. (CA Inc.) in various senior technical and management level positions in their R&D and Business Units. He was particularly responsible for the Unicenter Management Portal components in North America, focusing mostly on the healthcare vertical. Jaydip started his career as a marine engineer working on board the fleet of vessels of Cargill Inc. Later he worked as Chief Engineer and Chief Strategic Advisor at Selandia Ship Management, overseeing the acquisition, operations and management of their fleet of cargo vessels including very large crude carriers (VLCC), OBOs and Bulk Carriers. Jaydip also served as the Founder and President of Shippingmart.com, the online arm of OceanAdvisor Inc. Shippingmart was the first online B2B portal bringing Ship owners, Ship Management companies, and suppliers together. Jaydip has a BS in Marine Engineering from DMET, India and has completed graduate studies in Computer Science from Mississippi State University. Jaydip is in the process of obtaining a combined MBA and MS in Finance from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.

Utpal is a lawyer by training, specializing in corporate Law and regulatory frameworks. He has practiced for over 4 years and has a Master of Laws (LL.M, Corporate Law) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelors in Law from Symbiosis Law University. He has worked extensively on Securities and Financial Law and represented clients before the Securities and Exchange Board of India (S.E.B.I., equivalent to S.E.C) and other financial regulators.  Utpal also assisted clients in entering financial markets through security and debt offerings, and worked on various aspects of asset securitization and structured finance. He has experience in structuring mergers and acquisitions for banks and corporations. Utpal has worked on Federal Insurance and Health Care law with special emphasis on Medicare and Privacy Laws. Utpal is admitted to practice as an Attorney in India and as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. He is not admitted to practice as an Attorney in the State of New York.

 
Strategic Planning and Funding.
Mr. Manuel has experience in strategic business planning, growth and management. Mr. Manuel has partnered in numerous business ventures specializing in the healthcare field. These have included nuclear imaging companies, health and fitness centers, large scale physician practices and medical billing software companies. Mr. Manuel’s career has also included senior project management roles in the construction industry spanning North America and Puerto Rico. He exhibits a compelling ability to identify, develop and build profitable businesses and partnerships. He possesses exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Mr. Manuel holds an MBA from Fordham University and a BBA from George Washington University, cum laude.
 
Financial Statements to DOI, NAIC, CMS, accounting, bookkeeping.
Prior to joining Fox Rx Care, Rajesh worked as an accountant with a CPA firm in New York, NY for two years. Before that he was an Executive Director (Finance) with Goyal Knitwears Ltd in India. His responsibilities included accounts, costing, taxation, and finance. He worked with department heads to develop forecasts and budgets. Before that, he practiced as a self employed professional Chartered Accountant in India from November 1993 through August 2002. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November 1993 from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi, India & did his MS in Commerce in May 2000 from Meerut University, Uttar Pradesh, India and BS in Commerce in May 1989 from Delhi University, New Delhi, India.
 
Marketing Manager
Rohit graduated from George Washington University in May 2004, after which he traveled abroad and worked internationally with several companies located in India. After spending much of his first year abroad, he returned to the United States and worked as Executive Vice President of 3dwalkthroughs.com, a real estate marketing solutions provider. In June 2007, Rohit left his career at 3dwalkthroughs.com to join Fox Rx Care as Marketing Manager.
 
Prior to joining Fox Rx Care, Julie has held high-profile positions for top healthcare organizations in NY and CT. Her last role was as Director of Operations for Group Health, Inc., with responsibility over 3 departments within the Claims Operations organization. Prior to GHI, Julie was an associate of CIGNA's Healthcare Leadership Program where she gained extensive and significant experience across business and healthcare operations. Julie is a Six Sigma Green Belt with in-depth knowledge of operations and a core expetise in developing and executing strategy. Her exceptional track record of business improvement is based on her philosophy of total enterprise engagement in change. She is known for her ability to quickly identify and diagnose sales and growth impediments that go beyond marketing and product development. Julie is from Cleveland, Ohio, and received her MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a B.S. in Natural Resources from The Ohio State University.
 
Patricia has worked for 11 years in the finance industry, specifically in customer service.
 
Administering all internal hardware systems, software systems and phone systems.
Prior to Fox Rx Care, Arturo worked as a systems administrator in different organizations. He also has extensive experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
 
Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to beneficiaries/doctors/ pharmacists/Agencies, entering detailed descriptions of inbound and outbound calls in call logs, accessing the New York server for online enrollment of beneficiaries, working with FICO’s PBM for escalating medication issues.
Leah has been working with Fox Rx Care since January ’06 as a customer service representative. Prior to that, she worked at Strategic Fundraising in Fargo, ND, where she worked as a telemarketer. Additionally, her experience includes being a cashier at Baker Garden & Gifts, a sales consultant for Valley Ford, and an ICT Technician for Phoenix International.
 
She recruits staff based on the needs of Fox Rx Care. She works with recruiting agencies, and conducts preliminary interviews with candidates. After that, the selection process is transferred to the specific department. Additionally, she is responsible for administrative duties, which include salaries, and accounts related to staff selection/maintenance.
She has her Masters in Science (Mathematics) from University of Hyderabad, and her Bachelors (Mathematics) from Delhi University. She has a passion for teaching, and spent much of her life teaching Mathematics, English, Hindi, and Sanskrit.
He has an overall work experience of 3 years in Human Resources. His first job was with IBM in HR.
She does the front desk duties as well as the secretarial work of the CEO. She takes care of the flight bookings of the managers.
She is MSc in IT and has passed Typing- higher and also shorthand.
Manage calls and perform Clerical duties.
Shelly worked for the Government of Trinidad and Tobago Central Statistical Office for years and functioned in a Clerical and Statistical post. She also completed her studies at Daniel Educational Institute with Advance level passes in The English Legal System and Sociology. After coming to the USA in 2000 she worked for the County of Alameda in California doing receptionist and clerical work, while attending California State University/Hayward pursuing her Undergraduate degree in Accounting. She then moved to New York in 2005 and worked mostly in the Health Industry as an Analyst and a QI Coordinator assistant, before joining Fox Insurance Company in 2007 as a receptionist.
Appeals/Grievances, exceptions, enrollment and disenrollment letter generation, Auto enrollment data updating into our system and letter generation, premium invoice generation, updating formulary and pricing files, loading marketing materials, Generating CMS payment reports, working with enrollment issues, handling beneficiary appeals, grievances-tracking and providing solutions to issues raised, handling call center escalation issues.
Nancy is a Physician Assistant from Madras Medical Mission, India with a specialization in Cardiac Sciences. She has about 3 years of clinical experience in cardiac surgical and post operative unit. She worked as a Consultant at ACME India, Management Consultancies where she was instrumental in designing the NABH health standards and implementation of such standards in hospitals. She worked in several national and international clinical research projects and has experience in paper presentations. She has working knowledge of clinical medicine and pharmacology.
Premium Billing, analyzing the TRR files and updating the database of FICO with reference to TRR files, generating the RX information and sending it to CMS, analyzing and updating FICO’s database with reference to LIS biweekly files, analyzing the daily enrollment transaction files and tracking the files by maintaining separate folders for them, recording and tracking of PDE (Prescription Drug Event) and claim files for payment verification, analyzing the TrOOP files and contacting other plans regarding payment details, working with the call center team in resolving queries and issues from beneficiaries.
Rajeshwari has been in the Customer Service industry for the last 2 years. She worked for the technical support team of Hewlett-Packard for a year and then handled the customer support division for a scientific publishing organization servicing US & UK clients.
She has completed her Master of Physiotherapy specialist in Orthopedics... She has a strong knowledge of Medicine; Worked in Hospitality handled many emergencies, Pre-operative and Post-Operative Cases. She is a part of the Enrollment Team handling Enrollment Issues mainly TRR Letter Generation, Monthly Invoice and monthly Monument File.
He is a B.A in English. He has 5 years of work experience in Operations Management, Underwriting and Claims Management, Report Analysis, Team Management in the Insurance Industry.
He has graduated from Computer Science Engineering discipline with a first class degree. During his graduation, he involved himself in various paperwork’s and presentations both at national and international level. At fox, he is in charge of back office operations and in database management team.
He is an M.Sc. in Statistics. He has 18 months of work experience in Data Analysis And Trend Analysis Of U.S.A Health Insurance Industry. His areas of interest are Analytics, Market Research, Statistical Analysis.
